Deanna Grimstead (she/her) is an experienced researcher and writer with excellent communication and educational skills. One of Deanna Grimstead's biggest strengths is understanding the intricacies and feedbacks of complex systems, particularly at the intersection of climate, environment, and society, but this natural and honed capability is broadly applicable. Previously Deanna Grimstead served as a firefighter and first responder, which was a natural extension of her strong moral character, adaptability, and can-do attitude.     1. Serve as the Oregon Department of Forestry's primary government-to-government communicator and facilitator. 2.
